Mehrnaz is an Iranian-American award-winning filmmaker. Her films A Tajik Woman, Saless Far From Home, Ruins Within, and Jerry & Me have been shown at many film festivals, in the US and internationally. Her latest film is A House is Not a Home: Wright or Wrong.
Mehrnaz is a Professor in the Cinema and Television Arts Department of Columbia College Chicago, where she has taught since 1989. Her areas of expertise include Cinema Studies (international cinema, Middle Eastern cinema, cinema of exiles, women filmmakers, gender and race in cinema), Documentary Production, Documentary Film Theory, and Alternative Forms. She has lectured and written extensively on Iranian cinema. Her book on the Iranian film maker Abbas Kiarostami, co-authored with Jonathan Rosenbaum, was published by the University of Illinois Press in 2003. An expanded second edition was published in 2018. Since 1989, Mehrnaz has been the Artistic Consultant to the Festival of Films from Iran presented annually by the Gene Siskel Film Center of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Adrian Anguiano works as an audio engineer with a home studio and actively participates in collaborative efforts among the local artists in Chicago, as well as anybody that can reach him through email or phone. Adrian has worked with children and adults alike in exploring sound as an audio engineer at Columbia College Chicago for post-production audio for cinema and television arts. Features and shorts, online and theater, Adrian has contributed sound design and music for those looking to generate media that is not only entertaining but engaging.
